Fill prices are based on 2-3 week intervals.
At least 50% of lashes must remain for a fill to be applicable.
After 4 weeks, a full set price will apply.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
First-time last-minute cancellations/rescheduling: Free pass as we understand emergencies happen.
After the first time: If you cancel or reschedule on the same day or with insufficient notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
We accept cancellations or rescheduling via phone, email, in person, or text.
Missed appointments without proper notice may incur a charge of the full service fee.
Please notify us if you are running late. Your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time, but the full price will still apply.
If you are 30 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of service fees may be charged.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will be required to pay a 50% deposit for future bookings.
Missed appointments without proper notice may also incur a charge.
We value your time and ask for the same in return. Please notify us if you are running behind or unable to make your appointment.
Aftercare for Eyelash Extensions
Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours to allow them to cure completely.
Wash your lashes daily or every other day with a lash cleanser, using a small brush in circular motions around the lash line.
Gently pat them dry with a paper towel, let them air dry, and brush them afterward.
Use only oil-free or water-based products to remove makeup.
Remove all eye makeup each night to prevent residue buildup, which can cause lashes to fall out faster.
Avoid oil-based products, as they can weaken the adhesive.
Do not spray lashes directly with a showerhead.
Avoid rubbing, pulling, or playing with your extensions to prevent them from falling out prematurely.
Be cautious with hot steam, cooking, baking, BBQ, or smoking, as heat can damage lash extensions.
Book regular lash fill appointments to keep your lashes looking fabulous.
Avoid shaving the treated area for 72 hours after treatment. Avoid exercising for at least 48 hours. Avoid hot baths and hot showers for 48 hours.
Avoid Makeup, Fragrances, and Beauty Products
If you have had chin or upper lip laser hair removal, you should plan to skip makeup for the first few days (at least 24 hours). After the initial few days, avoid using too many makeup products and opt for mineral and natural products. To remove makeup, Use tepid water, a fragrance-free cleanser, and avoid rubbing and wiping. For leg, bikini, or underarm laser hair removal, skip the body wash, perfumes, and lotions as these may irritate your skin.
While we always advise limiting UV exposure and especially wearing sunscreen to prevent premature aging, dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and more, you may want to avoid putting any products on the treatment area, including sunscreen. The best solution: stay out of the sun, wear a wide-brimmed hat, and loose light clothing to protect your skin while keeping cool.
While this one may be a little easier to avoid during COVID-19 if you don’t have your own pool, we do suggest avoiding hot tubs, hot baths, and hot showers as well. The chlorination in pools and hot tubs combined with hot water can agitate your already irritated skin. Turn your shower down a few degrees and skip the bath as hot water can dry out and inflame your skin. Instead, try a cold or cool shower, which has many circulatory benefits, and/or use an ice pack to reduce swelling and cool your skin.
While your skin is healing, make sure to pat, not rub, and avoid shaving or plucking. For the first five days, avoid exfoliating. Wear loose-fitting clothes from breathable materials that won’t scratch or agitate your skin.
